Room 24 At Mas Que Vecendores Casa Christiana - Mexico - November 18 & 19, 2016

Jesus, Miracle Working God!  We are beside ourselves in Joy.  Nothing compares to You!  Thank you Pastor Leonzo & Monica for allowing us to serve you at The Ranch!  And thank you to our very special people who join us from AZ and from Cantico Nuevo!  Thank you for all your prayers!

It’s Sunday morning and we are having that experience that we always do of His Presence.  (Thinking of that Bethel song that Jeremy Riddle sings - You always come!)  As the 24 hours go by, our bodies get mellow but our spirit gets sharp!  Oh Lord, how do we describe this last “Room 24”.  Friday night we found the men at “The Ranch” waiting for us.  The church ready, the new bathrooms ready, the dining area ready.   Most of all, Your Holy Spirit!  So many of our regular team could not attend for different reasons, but we felt that overwhelming Peace that You send.  On Friday, we discovered that over “20” from Cantico Nuevo would be joining us!  Your altar team!  Even as we prayed on Friday night, I was blessed to have the youngest of us, Angelica, join me in prayer.  I’m not sure, but she can’t be older than 5 yrs.  To see her putting her hand on those men as we prayed.  Praise God!

JJ and the worship team from Cantico Nuevo was awesome all Friday and into Saturday morning!  Some of these worshipers go home for a few hours and on to work!  Ramon stayed with us, worshiping intermittently during the early morning and Saturday.  At several points, men from the Ranch picked up an instrument and provided worship on their own.  God provided translators; Pastor Alfredo, Carmen, Ricardo and the most fun, George, who is a resident and offered his services continually.  Father, how you bless us!

Pastor Alfredo did communion.  Elias taught on the watches.  I can tell you in the middle of the night the Holy Spirit came in like a flood.  The men from the ranch prayed in the deepest hours of the night.  During the night, many were touched by His Presence.  One young man in particular, struggling with addiction, received prayer, and ministry from the Holy Spirit.  He told us later, as he knelt at the altar, the Lord completely delivered him.  All signs and symptoms gone!  No more nausea, no more pain, no more enemy.  He stayed the whole 24 hours.  By early morning we began to prophesy and prophesy and watched God do what he does.  Elias described it as an altar of tears!  I (Ann) had been listening to Leif Hetland all week to get a glimpse of the “Love of the Father”, so I could bring something to those men.  Let me say, I saw more love pouring over those men than any man or women is possible of generating.  One touch from Him changes everything.  Thank you Lord!

Early Saturday, Ken joined us.  He had driven himself to Mexico, crossing the border and following the mile markers to “The Ranch”.  Thank God he did.  He ministered in freshness again on the Holy Spirit.  We saw an altar call like none other!

Bill Johnson says that he experienced seeing healing when he started to teach on it, although many years prior he had had the knowledge of biblical healing.  So we used small steps, taught by Joan Hunter, on ministering healing.  We saw more healing in that time.  One of our team said he saw more healing in that 24 hours than he had seen in the past two years!

How do we thank God.  Our expressions seem so inadequate to the Greatness of our God.  Well, we do this, we continue on, we offer ourselves to His work, knowing He is with us in all His Glory.

Blessings

Room 24 at The Lord of Grace Lutheran Church 10/14-15/2016

Oh Lord, I am still weak in the knees by Your Presence!...

Oh Lord, I am still weak in the knees by Your Presence!  You are a Good, Good, Father!  This weekend at “Lord of Grace” was filled with Your beauty.  We are so thankful to this Lutheran church who opened their doors to us, much like You, Father.  Throughout the night we saw Your beauty.  A quiet time, but also profound in so many ways.  We kept being reminded all weekend of how much you love us.  Yes, fill us up Lord, that we can be a vessel of Your Love.

We had some new faces join us and we were missing some of our loved core for different reasons, but God!  We have come to count on Your Presence.  We know that as we move through the night and the next day, that we are guaranteed to encounter You.  We talked about hunger, a hunger for your Presence and truthfully Lord, that hunger continues to grow!  Come Holy Spirit!  More of You!

We pressed in on Friday night, right away, because that is our time of strength.  Like climbing a mountain, the “Night Watch”, The “Midnight Gate”, we talked about You, Our Consuming Fire.  And than, we let You take the wave.  Our time Saturday morning in the Holy Spirit was so gentle.  And just like you are, you broadened, our gifts, each of us asking You for an increased measure of the Gifts of the Spirit.  We began to talk about The Fathers Love and encountered You.  Faithful God!  Words cannot describe our feelings.

We prayed through till the fifteenth day, the focus prayers of “Give Him Fifteen” published by Dutch Sheets Ministries.  We came away with a confidence that You are the Anchor of these days.   We prayed for the nation and our country, the churches.   We closed with pray for the ministries represented and more.

So much more!  Glad you could join us.  And if you haven’t, come next time.  We are headed to “The Ranch” in Mexico for November.

Room 24 at Tucson Arabic Church September 16-17, 2016

It's September 2016 and we are headed to “The Ranch” in Mexico.  But God...

We hit a few delays and some schedule conflicts.   OK, and suddenly...  Another venue pops up.  We end up switching our event to Tucson and to the sanctuary of the Tucson Arabic Church.  (God is at work!)  Many of our friends from the Arabic church joined with us.  God is Glorified each time we come together to honor Him.  In the end, we realize it is His plan, not ours.

Our prayer became a combination of the Tucson event we had planned in the future and “The Ranch” event that we had planned for.  We were able to give time to some “activations”.  We are so encouraged by some of the words and methods out there from different people.  We took time to listen in to some new waves of thought and pray it through.  “Training Your Senses”, “Covenant”, “Miraculous Healing”, “The Father’s Blessing”.

On Friday night it led to quite a time of prophetic ministry.  We pursued healing prayer on Friday night and on Saturday.   It is amazing and encouraging that we often hear these three languages in our ministry settings; English, Spanish and Arabic!  And for the first time we added the Native American Navajo language. Makes me smile as I write.  On Friday night, was asked people to pray for the place that they were born.  The results were powerful and enlightening.  We believe God has given us, as intercessors, the ability to touch the world through His Spirit, visiting these places as we pray.

Through the night, we have become troopers in the Spirit.  We are totally over thinking whether or not we can do it.  We do it every time, by His power!  We had old faces and new.  Also, the bravest, new people who made it through the 24 hours smiling.  Several joined on on Saturday as we poured into prayer for the nations, for our nation, for Tucson, for the churches, pastors, families, leaders and children.

Psalm 33:12  Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.

With Many Blessings

ROOM 24 in SAN DIEGO August 26-28, 2016

LOVING “SAN DIEGO”!
Who doesn’t, right?  As our “Room 24” event was approaching for August, we realized just how hot it can get in Tucson in August.  Air conditioning in every building and your pursuit is to find the nearest building and hide till dusk!  Beautiful times of day, yes, but 24 hours pretty much ensures being in the heat somewhere.  Solution:  Take “Room 24” to San Diego.  We gathered a group of us and headed to the coast.  Our mission was to attend revival meetings at Heart of God Church in Rancho Bernardo.  Jerame & Miranda Nelson are heading up revival meetings that have been going on there, 4-5 days a week for 180 something days as of August.  Ok, if the Presence of God has been ignited and sustained for that length of time, we say “yes”, show us what you are doing Lord.  And off we went.  We took a few rooms in a local hotel and headed to San Diego.

San Diego was beautiful.  Beautiful to see and beautiful to feel and breath in.  Water in the air and sunny at the same time.  We attended the meetings Friday & Saturday night.    Saturday - day, we headed to the ocean.   Worship was great, prophetic, and delivered by two different worship teams.  The message Friday night was on “Fire”, the fire of God that is.  Delivered by Miranda Nelson and received by all of us.  An anointing of Fire!  On Saturday, Jerame was speaking and he talked about “Fruit”.  The kind of fruit that will be found on the trees when the Master comes.  References:  Mark 11:12-25 and Matt 21:19.  Jerame said this was a message that the Father had on his heart for 4 years and he was just now free to release it.  We knew we were in the right place.

Having been in the ocean for a long time that day, I had an experience in worship and even sleeping that night of the ocean rolling in and rolling out, methodically.  The “Fire of God” upon us and the “water of God” methodically rolling over us at the same time.  God’s Presence was with us the whole journey.  The fellowship was amazing, grace and favor wherever we went.  Some of us visited with family in the area and we were blessed by those encounters too.  New friends and a lot of food!  Even our ride home was filled with fellowship and prayer.  God did revive us that weekend.

Psalm 119:156  Revive me O Lord!

ROOM 24 AT RESTORATION COMMUNITY MINISTRIES

We just finished our weekend of 24 hour prayer at Restoration Community Ministries in Phoenix.  Room 24 has been partnering with RCM for over 3 years now, returning a couple of times a year to enjoy a prayer time together.  We have grown and changed over these years, not just as an event, but as a ministry and as a church.  We all know it.  We have entered a new arena in the Lord.  Lately, we are getting that reminder, again and again.  A new level, a new opportunity, a new authority.  Hallelujah!

Writing this, the memories of the weekend are turning in my spirit.   We represent many different nationalities and languages.  Worship by RCM was so anointed and our worship throughout was truly special.  We had a student from the Bible College helping us with sound for the entire 24 hours.  The Table was set for us on Friday night to enjoy a meal together right in the middle of the church.  Communion was part of that meal together.  Just like the early church.  An experience none of us will forget.   Our experience of The River on Friday night was filled with laughter!  We had a prayer tunnel that continued for an hour or more and many testimonies.  Further into the night we prayed specifically over the gates of our soul and had such good feedback about this time.  We used Katie Souza’a book on declarations and it was powerful.   God is Good.  Saturday morning brought Healing Rooms with another expression of His Presence.  Only Jesus knows the deep parts of our life and there is such an awareness that He is so close to us during Healing Rooms.  We moved into healing prayer as a group and watched as a lady who was unable to see, saw the stripes on Elias’ shirt and the dots on my own.  How can we even express how joyful this time was.

His Presence brings healing, renewal and blessings of all kinds.  Our numbers are growing.  We have so many people who are faithful to prayer.   What an awesome expression of love for our Father.  I think about how pleased He must be as His people gather.  We can feel His smile.  In fact, Joy was such a focus point of this last prayer together.  It is “of God” as its a “lingering Joy”, we are still feeling it in so many areas.

We have included some photos in a slide show of the event.  There is a  short video included of a time toward the end of our event.  We were praying for the pastors, leaders and ministries at Restoration Community Ministries.  We asked those who came with “Room 24” to pray for the leaders.  As we looked around, the picture was so great.  Each of us had drawn close to certain members of the church.  Relationships are made over these weekends.  We saw how God had lined us all up to share life with each other over the 24 hours.  Nothing builds relationship better than prayer.  God Bless you Restoration Community Ministries and all you traveling intercessors committed to “Room 24”.

On our way to Restoration Community Ministries in Phoenix

Hezekiah removed the high places, smashed the sacred stones and cut down the Ashram poles.  He broke into pieces the bronze snake Moses had made, because up to that time the Israelite's had been burning incense to it.  (It was called Nehushtan).
The scripture says Hezekia trusted in the Lord, the God of Israel.  Then it says there was no one like him among the kings of Judah, either before him or after him.  He held fast to the Lord and did not stop following him.
(See II Kings 18 for the whole story)

Hallelujah, "no one like him".  We want to follow his example.  We want to deny everything else.  Put the enemy in his place and our God on the Throne of our lives.  We can do this in prayer.  Just spending time with Him changes us.  It changes the way we think and act and live.  We are His, remember?

Please join us as we continue in 24 hour prayer with Restoration Community Ministries,10020 N 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021.  This Friday, July 29 2016, 6 PM through Saturday, July 30 2016 6 PM.  We are so excited to join with our Phoenix family in the Lord.

Room 24 at Cantico Nuevo - June 17/18, 2016

Mexico
Cantico Nuevo
Pastor Alfredo and the wonderful intercessors in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.

More and more, “Mexico” to us is synonymous with “Prayer”.  We went to Cantico Nuevo on June 17/18, 2016 for 24 hour prayer.  What a blessed time we had.  We truly have carved out a realm partnering with this body.  So many stories of Jesus, His Power, and Healing and Testimony.  As an added blessing we had Pastor Aman traveling with us from the Tucson Arabic Church.  This was his first time in Mexico and he enjoyed it tremendously.  The gift was that we all enjoyed it anew with him.  Our troops were faithful.  We are growing.  A bunch of us traveled in our van which sits 8.  Truly, the fun begins in the car rides.  Elias travels in Nogales freely now, he knows the roads and the whereabouts of our destinations.  Now, we just need to conquer the language!  Oh Senor, ensenarnos hablar con usted en Espanol.

Friday night, of course was a time of repentance, but we focused on “being forgiven”. God is giving us great breakthrough in this area.  We are getting it.  We are His, bought and paid for.  He has forgiven us, He has paid the price, we need only ask.  We prayed and at one point when we began to pray for some needs, we didn’t want so much an altar team praying, but everyone praying.  So starting with a few, we had each of us get prayer from a line of people and then turn around and become the intercessor.  We were about 50-60 at the time and thought it might take a while, but hey, we had 24 hours! :)  We had breakthrough.  How awesome to give, receive and experience the prayers being offered.

The worship was phenomenal!  Thank you worshippers!  The pastors were awesome.  The first time I saw three pastors, speaking in Arabic, translating to English, translating to Spanish and back again.  So good!  We had Rosalva and her group of ladies declaring prophetic words over individuals from the beatitudes.  That was powerful.  We had Healing Rooms, Praise God.  And, prayer for children, prayer for ministries, prayer for leaders & pastors.

Well, I’m not going to share all our secrets.  We would much prefer that you join us next time.  See you on July 29/30, 2016 at:

John 21:1-13

THE NEXT TIME the disciples saw Jesus was at the Sea of Tiberius (Galilee).  This is how Jesus showed himself to them.  Some of the disciples were in one place.  They were Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee and two other disciples of Jesus.  Simon Peter said to the others, ‘I am going fishing’.  The others said, ‘We are going with you also’.  They went out in a boat right away.  That night they caught nothing.  Early in the morning, Jesus was standing there by the sea.  The disciples did not know it was Jesus.  He said to them, ‘My children, did you catch any fish?’  They answered, ‘No.’  He said to them, ‘Throw out your net on the right side of the boat, then you will catch some.’  They threw out their net and caught many fish, so that they were not able to bring in the net.  That disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, ‘It is the Lord!’  As soon as Simon Peter heard it was the Lord, he put on his coat and his belt.  He had taken off some clothes to work.  Then he jumped into the water.  The other disciples came in a small boat.  They were pulling the net.  It was full of fish.  They were not far from the land, only about a hundred yards.  When they came to the land, they saw a small fire.  Fish and some bread lay on the fire.  Jesus said to them, ‘Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.’  Simon Peter went to the boat.  He pulled the net to land.  It was full of big fish.  There were a hundred and fifty three fish.  But even with so many fish the net did not break.  Jesus said to them, ‘Come and eat’.  The disciples were all afraid to ask him, ‘Who are you?’  They knew it was the Lord.  Jesus came.  He took bread and gave it to them.  Then he took fish and gave it to them.  ...

At the Abyad's Home

May 21/22 2016 - Refresh, Recalibrate, Release

We are headed to Mexico tonight for “Room 24” at Cantico Nuevo.  We have not posted in a while.  The weeks are flying by.  Our last prayer at our home on May 20/21 was a time of refilling for sure. We were more of a “core” group and had the opportunity to lift up Jesus and minister to each other as well.  We were delighted with testimonies of healing on Friday night.  One of our ladies asked for prayer for a lump discovered in her breast.  After heading home, we received a call that she was no longer able to find it!  Praise God!  Another of our ladies had two of her fingers bent after a surgery.  Further surgery was planned.  After we prayed for her and as we were praying for others, her fingers just became normal.  She was very excited!  We are expecting continued testimonies of healing during our prayer.  God is so good!  It is His desire to touch his people.

We now pray regularly in English, Spanish and Arabic.  We are praying in the Nations.  Hallelujah!

As we pressed on through the night we were aware of the gentle Presence with us all night.  We are a changed people, when we consider how far we have come since we began this prayer ministry.  On Saturday morning we had a word out of James.  We were very blessed by the message.    The following passage stuck out to me, it’s from James 5:7-12 –

7Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. 8You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near. 9Don’t grumble against one another, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!

We really felt that this was a picture of our prayer times.  Wait, be patient, stand firm, My coming is Near.  Only, don’t grumble against one another, it will delay my coming.  I am bringing you into a place of Peace with Me.  And when you have come in fullness into My Presence, all of you, I will become more and more Visible to You.  The Revival you seek is on its way.  Be careful, I stand at the door, waiting for you to make a place for Me.  Continue on and be faithful, encouraging one another.  I Am here!

God make us a people worthy of Your company.  We continue to seek You!

24 Hour Prayer at Central City Assembly

24 Hour Prayer at CCA                                                                      National day opf prayer at the TCC

The past 30 days have been incredible for those of us in the “intercessor role” and those of us in Tucson and in Arizona.  We had our “Room 24” event in preparation for the National Day of Prayer.  We had the event at the TCC in Tucson on May 9th which was fabulous.  We had multiple events in Nogales, Arizona, changing the very landscape of our cities.  Our hearts are thrilled to be a part of all that the Lord is doing.

Our last “Room 24” event was in April in Tucson, at Central City Assembly.  Our son Jeff was able to join us as worship leader for the entire event.  He attracted a few live worshipers, Mandy (Amanda Mitchell Cloud) and Abby from CCA - thank you!  So happy to have them with us.  We are always amazed at how God provides for us. Friday night and late into the morning we had many of you with us, some for the first time.   Very early Saturday, we dwindled down to our faithful, (So glad for you all!) and some additional warriors who stopped in to join us.  Lord, how we love that feeling.  Our flesh wears out and Your Spirit becomes Powerful.  I found a verse recently, that I have read many times but came fresh again

Psalm 132:  3-5
  Surely I will not enter my house, nor lie on my bed;
I will not give sleep to my eyes, or slumber to my eyelids,
Until I find a place for the Lord,
A dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob

And more recently...

Psalm 149:148
My eyes anticipate the night watches,
That I may meditate on Your word.

We are on to something, intercessors.  As we press in, let’s focus on how Faithful our God is.  We are not done.  We have only begun to see the morning rays.

Please join us May 21/22 2016 for “Room 24” at our home.

Room 24 in Tucson April 22/23

So excited to announce our location for "Room 24" in April.  This will be a city wide event, a prelude, as we move toward the National Day of Prayer on May 5th..  Pastor Kai Eilert of Central City Assembly has graciously agreed to let us use his church campus for April 22/23.  The location is 939 S 10th Ave, Tucson AZ 85701.  Not too far from the TCC!  (Great anticipation is building for the National Day of Prayer event at the TCC).  We believe God is moving in our city right now!

As usual, we will begin at 6PM on Friday night, April 22nd and continue until Saturday the 23rd at 6PM.  We will stay with the prayer watches, but our focus this time will dial in on Tucson and include our state and nation.  We would like to include as many churches as possible.  We are entering a new season.  The walls are coming down that separate the church.  We are One in Him!  "As One"!  Looking forward to see you there.  Spread the word.  We are a city that prays!

Room 24 at Durango Prison

Room 24 at Durango Prison

We traveled to Durango for a session of 24 hour prayer from Tuesday at 6pm to Wednesday at 6pm.  The weekends at the prison are a time for family visits and such.  We traveled by bus and left on Sunday to travel overnight from Nogales to Mazatlan.  Loved Mazatlan - there is “ocean” there and plenty of fish.  Pastor Antonio del Angel and his family received us and served us ceviche, shrimp salad and marlin for lunch, along with carne asada of course.  What a great time we had with this family.  Pastor Antonio is a young man with a worshipping heart and a powerful prophetic ministry.  His pastor and his family also joined us for lunch and prayer and added more blessings to our time of sharing.  We all felt right at home.  Pastor Antonio is a friend of Pastor Alfredo he also has been worshiping and ministering the word at Cantico Nuevo in Nogales. God has a network of His people throughout Mexico.  It’s wonderful, like riding the wave of His Presence.  We spent the day with all of them, lunch, prayer, ministry, ice cream and ocean!  Glory!!

Our bus left from Mazatlan Monday evening and we traveled 4 hours or so to Durango.  It was evening and dark for the later part of our trip.  Thankfully it was dark when we passed over the “Baluarte” bridge.  I had no idea how huge it was until I saw some pictures that Pastor Alfredo showed us the next day.  The bridge was built in 2012 and is an extension over the wide mountain range and through tunnels.  It is a wonder of the world.  Some of us would have liked to have a view, I’m kind of glad we found out later.  :)  Pastor Luis Balderas, our ministry partner in Durango, met us at the bus terminal and we took cabs to the Hotel Casablanca at Durango.  Nice hotel, very old city - historic and wonderful to experience.  Detailed architecture and historic locations abound.  Next morning we had breakfast in the hotel and it was exceptional.  We rented a conference room at the hotel to have a preview meeting for our ministry later that day.  We ended in prayer.  When we left the room we had one man waiting at the door, asking us to pray for him.

Off to the prison that evening.  Checked in and welcomed by Pastor Luis and the prison pastor, Pastor Alejandro Amaya  It is hard to describe how much favor we had.  It was all over the place.  The church is located on prison ground.  The pastor is an inmate.  The church was built by inmates, brick by brick to the Glory of God.  That opening worship was enough to make the trip worthwhile all by itself.  350-400 men and us.  Their voices rose right to heaven.  Powerful.  And we continued with our program of the prayer watches.  Some of you have seen some pictures and videos already.  Repentance, communion, worship, our river from the throne of God.  :)

Some of the men had to leave during the night for security reasons, but we had about 75 leaders with us for the midnight hours.  What an awesome time prayer and ministry.  Those men love God and love their pastor.  One of the sweetest moments was their sudden united prayer for him at about 2am.  Hallelujah!  Just thinking about it sends a rush through my spirit.  We are all so thrilled that Jesus would choose us to be there.  It’s hard to describe the thrill of watching the Holy Spirit in these men.  They are passionate for Christ.  Completely sold out.  They have received so much from Him.  We look at what they have walked through, some of their stories and are confounded.  But honestly their love and passion for our Father is indescribable.

We had some shifts during the 24 hours.  The inmates have jobs at different times of the day, so some had to come and go a little throughout the day.  The women prisoners got to join us off and on, usually sitting on the balcony until ministry time.   Did I tell you how they were good to us; they had food ready for breaks and coffee and the men served with such an open spirit.  Oh and did I tell you it gets cold in Durango!  Ha...as the night continued we all kept adding items to our wardrobe!  :) What a picture we were.  I asked the men, “when does it warm up?”  “Dos!”  “Dos?”  “You mean 2pm?”  :).

The Pastors and ministers with us worked so hard; preaching, translating, ministering, loving the men.  By Saturday we were all one - “As One!”  “Jesus”.  Saturday was breakthrough; deliverance, healing, the Father’s blessing, forgiveness for earthly fathers and mothers.  So much more.  Pastor Alfredo was at his best, preaching, leading communion and translating continually.  Also, we were privileged to have Pastor Juanito Noriega from Santa Ana share with us on Friday night and Saturday.  His testimony is powerful and commanding.  Many were touched by it.   We were able to pass out Spanish language copies of Katie Souza’s book, “Expected End” donated by her ministry and also “La Practica de la Presencia de Dios” by Hermano Lawrence.  We are thrilled with the outcome!  We keep having “Jesus cry times” as a team and “Jesus laugh times”.  Can you believe how Good our God is - He is a Good, Good Father!!!

We were privileged to have conversations with many of the men.  And ministry with all of them, men and women.  We covenant with them now.  We will pray for them and they will pray for us.

Other than dozing off in our chairs for a second we did not rest.  We finished the prayer and headed to the hotel.  Some showered or slept or ate or did all of those, but we were all asleep as soon as possible because we had to be out of the hotel at 6am.  We met in the lobby and found out it was snowing.  According to the headlines, the first snow of its kind in 14 years.  Didn’t think too much of it until we called Luis who was headed over to get us but was delayed by the weather.  We waited as long as we could and headed to the bus terminal in cabs.  We got there on time to find out that people had been delayed by the snow, some waiting at the terminal for 3 days.  Several buses had headed out before ours, but were unable to cross that bridge.  Ricardo, (our ace coordinator) had taken a cab to the bus terminal by himself with extra luggage.  He witnessed to the driver about what we were doing in Durango.  The driver said - listen, I suggest you re-route your tickets to Guadalajara, it’s warmer, further south, and you will not have to cross the mountains.  From there you will head north to Nogales.  Only problem - 9 hour bus ride from Durango to Guadalajara, and 27 hour bus ride from Guadalajara to Nogales.  We were all cold and said -- yes, to the sun we go.  Or was it to the “Son” we go...

Pastor Arturo Mendez at La Biblia Abierta Inglesia Christiana in Guadalajara, the pastor and friend of Pastor Leonso and a friend of Pastor Alfredo, when contacted, said he would come with a van to pick us up and bring us to the church, where they had mattresses we could use to sleep overnight and bathrooms.  We had dinner in the city and the pastor and his family came with us all the way.  The men went shopping at night to get us provisions for our bus ride.  In the morning Pastor Arturo took some of us to the bakery for fresh “birote” bread.  Our own team prepared and packaged sandwiches,(tortas)  fruit and yogurt for all of us to have while traveling.   What a blessing that pastor and his family were.  We had a pajama party that night.  In the morning, one by one, we fell into worship and had a great time of prayer with the pastor and his wife before we left.  We find out later that this pastor is the leader of 50 area churches for his denomination, Biblia Abierta de Mexico.  Oh how we felt revival all over Mexico.  That river leading us everywhere.  We are still on the bus as I write and we are great, I mean great!  To God be the Glory and to the Blessing of Mexico, we Honor You God.

I want to thank our team, every one of you, who poured out your hearts this week, all over Mexico. Thank you also for the team that stayed at home, interceding for us during the whole time we were having prayer and the whole time we were traveling.  Thank you to those who support us online.  Also, we are eternally grateful to all of you who provided for us financially.  We thank Expected End Ministries for their support and encouragement.   We believe we have tapped into a wonderful move of God.  We are thrilled to be part of what God is doing in Mexico and we are praying for that wave of revival to come North step by step and into Arizona and the US as we partner together for the Greatest Revival of all time!!!  Can you see it?

Gracias,  mi amigos, mi amores, all of our team!  How wonderful to share your passion and travel with you as we love on the Mexican people.  You are the most passionate of believers.  We are honored to have travelled with you, shared your jokes, eaten your food, prayed together, ministered together, slept together in one big room :).  We are all forever changed, not separate cultures or nations but one new expression of the Love of Jesus, for each other and everyone we come in contact with.  Go home, take a shower, sleep in your bed, do your wash and pack your bag - we are on the road again!  Love you much.

I John 1:1-5
What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we beheld and our hands handled, concerning the Word of Life and the life was manifested, and we have seen and bear witness and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was manifested to us--  what we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, that you also may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.  And these things we write, so that our joy may be made complete.  And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

Acts 4:20

Traveling to Durango

We are headed to the prison in Durango, Mexico!

March 6th is quickly approaching.  Eight people from Arizona, 15 people total, so far.  God has so favored this trip.  We have several pastors coming; one from the US, one from Nogales, Sonora, one from Santa Ana, one from Mazatlan, and one from Durango.  Pastor Alfredo and Ricardo spent several hours with us arranging bus tickets.  We are traveling by bus to Mazatlan. It's an overnight trip.  A pastor there has invited us all to his house for lunch during our layover.  Then he will join us to our final destination, Durango, 3-4 hours from Mazatlan.

Also, so many ministry leaders from Room 24, Desert Streams Fellowship, Ministerios Igle, all in Arizona and Cantico Nuevo and Iglesia de Bethel in Mexico.  Jesus has blessed us with so many sold out hearts, committed to see the Kingdom of God realized in Durango and all the earth!  We contacted Expected End Ministries about bringing the spanish version of Katie Souza's book, "The Key to Your Expected End" with us.  They donated 500 copies of the book to us to pass out to the prisoners when we meet them face to face.  They also gave us copies of her decree book to give to our leaders.  So blessed!

Our 24 hours will begin on Tuesday evening, Mar 8 at 6pm and continue until Wednesday, Mar 9 at 6pm.  Sun/Mon and Thurs/Fri are travel days.  We will be home some time on Friday.

Initially we said, how will we do this and now we see clearly the Lord's provision.  Donations have come in to cover our travel and hotel and it looks like we won't be hungry!  :)  Dollars and pesos from the Kingdom of God.  Everything covered. God is good.

We have not arranged this trip in our own minds.  We simply caught the wave God had stirred.  Amazing open doors all along the way.  If we had to plan it we would still be talking about it.  God has a mission and we joined Him.  This helps us tremendously because we all know it's His idea!

A friend and fellow ministry leader is on site at the prison in Durango.  He had attended a couple of Room 24 events and asked us to come minister to the prisoners.  Amazing open door.  Of 800 prisoners, 500 have signed up to be with us for 24 hours including 80 women.  We can't quite wrap our minds around this but are full of expectation.

Please keep us in prayer.  If you are reading this and feel moved to pray for this event and the one's God has planned for the future, we thank you ahead of time.

Revelation 4:1
After these things I looked and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things."

Iglesia La Gracia de Dios

February 19-20, 2016

We found a new group of friends at “Iglesia La Gracia de Dios”  last weekend during 24 hour prayer.  We all had a great time!  It’s amazing how after spending 24 hours together, it’s as if we have been friends a long time.  More like family actually.  Friday night started with repentance & communion.  This has kind of become a tradition for Room 24 - the time spent in repentance followed by communion.  A few hours into Friday night and we were on a spiritual roll so to speak.  We took time to anoint and pray for individual needs.  Many received healing on Friday night, even before we had dedicated time for healing!  God order our time, again and again.

The Pastor with his wife and children were the worship team and they played every couple of hours throughout the night.   The worship that goes up in this house is especially tender.   The worship in itself ministers to us.  Those new to 24 hour prayer are always amazed to find out how quickly the time goes by.  Others, who were planning to leave at a certain time simply could not.  Or, left and came back again later or Saturday.  The Presence of God is so consuming, we just don’t want to leave.  This is true for both us who have been to a few sessions of Room 24 and newcomers.  That sweet sense of His Presence continues to call us in.

We had a time of spiritual warfare during the night and testimony.  Saturday morning we spent some time just going after the fullness of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.  We continue to be amazed.  Just watching people receive is such a blessing.  We become overwhelmed ourselves with His all consuming goodness.  Healing Room’s beginning around 9am were a great success.  We prayed for everyone and members of the church got the opportunity to be on a team.  God uses every one of us to deliver His miracles.

I was personally thrilled to have our first actual children’s prayer team.   I have been believing for this for a few months now.  If we have no children, we take the time to pray for children.  Last Saturday we had a small group of the children who were doing the praying themselves.  Love it!  I’m convinced this is God’s heart.

Our close was prayer for pastors and ministry leaders and a special time for prophetic words.  We have kind of developed a format, but God is unique in every setting.  Revelation 22:1-  And he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street.  And on either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Oh did I mention the Mexican food at every meal...fresh...homemade...wonderful!

Blessings

La Gracia De Dios - Iglesia Christians

February 19-20, 2016  and Durango Prison  - March 6-11, 2016

We have a new venture planned for February 2016.  Room 24 will be joining with La Gracia De Dios - Iglesia Christiana, Nogales, AZ for Feb 19/20 2016.  We are so excited to be joining with this church for 24 hours of prayer.  The pastors Jose Manuel & Tere Covarrubias and their whole family are worshippers, something you recognize as soon as you enter the church.  They are committed to becoming a praying church.  The pastors prayed that God would give them a church of new believers, rather than simply attract people from other churches.  He answered, 75% of their body of believers are new to salvation and pentecost.  How wonderful to join them at this special time in their lives.  Their hearts are open to all God has for them.

Prayer will begin at 6pm Friday, Feb 19 and continue through 6pm Feb 20.  You are welcome to join us.  If you are wondering if you can last 24 hours, come Friday night at 6pm and let the Holy Spirit decide for you!  :)
The church is located at 1200 E Patagonia Hwy, Nogales AZ 85621.

Also, just a little commercial, our March prayer will be in Durango, Mexico at a Durango prison.  We will be traveling there on a Sunday March 6, 2016 and hosting prayer on the grounds of the prison from Tuesday March 8 at 6pm to Wednesday March 9 at 6pm.  A friend of ours (Luis Balderas), his wife and young sons have recently been assigned there as chaplains by the Lord!  When we pray, “Lord, send me”, He truly does, in ways we cannot anticipate but are always greatly blessed by.  Pray for this man’s family to reach new heights as they minister for Jesus.  This prison has more than 800 prisoners and already over 500 prisoners signed up to attend the 24 hour prayer including 80 women. Pray for us as we bring our prayer experience to this location.

Please email us if you need any more info or check our web site.

Highlights from Room 24 at Restoration Community Ministries January 29-30, 2016

What can we say!  Our time at Restoration Community Ministries on Jan 29/30 2016 was such a complete blessing.  We have been praying together for a couple of years now and it was a special blessing to be having “Room 24” at their new location.  It has been very much prayed for in the last couple of years.  It was wonderful to consecrate the new home for Restoration Community Ministries.  This body of believers is actively seeking God for revival and restoration in their new neighborhood.  Over the prayer time, we declared the scriptures that we had prayed in at the prior events.  Our river was there!  A special cloth prepared to look like a river, that is rolled out and the object of great celebration when we have prayer.  Worship was amazing as the church’s own worship team continues to evolve in the way God lead’s.

The focus scriptures were from Joshua 3, 4 & 5.  “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.”  What a fabulous blessing.  Consecrate we did; we had a time of repentance, communion and foot washing.  We celebrated the conclusion of their 21 day fast for the New Year.  We talked about the blood covenant, divine favor and angelic intervention.  We made our own “Appeal to Heaven”.  As we moved into Saturday, we had a time of soaking and personal decrees.  The expeirence of Healing Rooms on Saturday morning was an awesome blessing.  One of our ladies said for the first time she knew the Holy Spirit was “in” her as she laid hands on those requests and asked God for a specific word for people and received it!

We all know - it is a time for Harvest!  A wonderful coincidence that on Saturday the church had already planned to send out its first evangelistic team!  We prayed for them and with them as they took on the neighborhood for Jesus!  The divine connections that were made are their own story.  One after another, divine connections were made.  God is so Good!  Lately every time I say God is Good that Good is capitalized.  I have become increasingly aware of his Goodness in the land of the living.  Our close was especially powerful as we prayed for the pastors and leaders of the church and they prayed and ministered to each other.  We were all thrilled just witnessing the Power and Grace of Our God, over and over again.

Restoration Community, you are truly family and we love spending time with you!

24 HOUR PRAYER & WORSHIP JANUARY 29,30, 2016

Hi everyone!

Praying you are enjoying your New Year so far!  Many are fasting in different ways and praying and looking to Jesus for the direction for the New Year.   As we write, today is January 18th, more than half way through the month.  And guess what, it’s time to get going again.  We were at the “Start the Year off Right” conference and Dutch Sheets wrapped up a session with “Come on church, let’s go!”.  That is the direction of this email.

On Jan 29th and 30th 2016, “Room 24” will be partnering with “Restoration Community Ministries” for our first 24 hour prayer session in 2016.  It will be in Phoenix at their new location: Restoration Community Ministries, 10020 N 15th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85021 - American Indian College(Henson Chapel).  We are excited that the prayer will also include some leaders and students from the American Indian College as the church is on their campus.

The directive for the prayer will focus on Isaiah 22:22 and Psalm 105:1:

Isaiah 22:22 - I will give him the key to the house of David -- the highest position in the royal court.  When he opens doors, no one will be able to shut them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.

Psalm 105:1 - Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.

Praise God, we all know in our spirit that these days are unlike any we have experienced.  Come and join us for plenty of prayer and new revelation.  Oh how we love to spend time in His Presence!

Love you and look forward to seeing you in Phoenix.
